1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Mosarat Auto Parts ("Mosarat", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use www.mosaratautoparts.com, submit RFQs, register for the customer portal, communicate with us, or complete payments.
2. Data we collect
- Identity and contact data: name, company, email, mobile, country.
- Account data: login credentials (stored as provided by our application store), role, acceptance timestamps for Terms and Privacy.
- Transactional data: RFQs, vehicle/VIN details, part requests, quotations, orders, invoices, delivery/tracking, returns.
- Payment metadata: payment status, method labels, and processor references (card data is handled by the payment provider, not stored by Mosarat).
- Technical data: basic server logs required to operate and secure the Platform.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to: create and manage accounts; respond to RFQs; issue quotations and invoices; process orders and payments; arrange shipping; manage returns; send transactional notifications; prevent fraud and misuse; and comply with UAE legal obligations. Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a B2B export platform, and/or consent where required (including account registration acceptance).
4. Sharing
We may share data with: payment processors; logistics/courier partners; suppliers as needed to fulfil an RFQ or order; professional advisers; and competent authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data. Service providers are engaged under confidentiality and purpose-limitation expectations appropriate to the service.
5. International transfers
As an export business based in Dubai, data may be accessed from or transferred to countries where suppliers, carriers, or infrastructure providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect data in line with the sensitivity of the information and applicable UAE requirements.
6. Retention
We retain account, order, invoice, and correspondence records for as long as needed for the purposes above, including warranty/return windows, accounting, and dispute defence, and thereafter as required by UAE record-keeping rules.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; Customers must protect their portal credentials.
8. Your choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your account data via the portal or by contacting us. You may object to certain processing where legitimate interests apply. Transactional emails required to fulfil orders are not marketing opt-outs.
9. Children
The Platform is intended for business and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version on the Platform. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
